I have filed an FIR u/s 419/420/447/467/468/506 IPC but no action by police even after a month. How can I legally force the police to act? Can I file statement on affidavit before police? Will it be judicial or non judicial affidavit??

You can approach the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

What do you mean no action, have they not registered a FIR?, have they not summoned the opponent to station for inquiry?, have they not taken statement from you?
If you feel the local police are not cooperating or responding properly you may approach the district top level police with a complaint seeking its direction to the local police for an effective and expeditious action on your complaint.Even if his is not invoking proper response, you may approach jurisdictional judicial magistrate with a petition under section 156(3) cr.p.c. seeking direction to police for proper and speedy investigation in the case.

Respected Kalaiselvan sir, the police have registered the FIR on my complaint but no further statement from either me or the accused is recorded. Since the matter involves criminal trespass u/s 447 IPC the possession of the land officially oened by me has not been snatched from them and delivered to me.

offence U/s 447 is bailable. If considering all other sections it various. If they got anticipatory bail the police unable to arrest the accused. If you want to immediate action you can get the direction from highcourt U/s 482 of Cr.P.C there you can get the order of fast enquiry.

They have got NO anticipatory bail but as they claim have "fed money" to the police.
