Flat is in the name of mother , father and son ( minor )

Can we sell property which is in the name of mother , father and son who is minor . In purchase deed at that time father is signed as natural Guardian . Pls guide me .

property belonging to minor can be sold only for benefit and maintenance of minor. Please meet a lawyer with papers and details of proposal.

The father, mother, and son if he became major can sell the property. If the son is still a minor, the father as natural guardian will sign the document.

Minor’s property cannot be sold without permission of the District Court, even if the person selling is the natural guardian.

If the son is still a minor by age, then it is pertinent to obtain permission from District court to sell the share of minor in the property.

I agree with experts, any properly jointly owned with a minor cannot be sold without prior permission of District Judge where property is located.
