GET A REGISTERED GIFT DEED DONE IN YOUR MINOR SON'S FAVOR ACCEPTING THE GIFT AS GUARDIAN ON HIS BEHALF.
GET IN TOUCH OF A LOCAL CIVIL LAW LAWYER FOR DEED DRAFT AND REGISTRATION .
