So long the trial is going on one is not convict but only an accused ,even conviction does not create bar unless offence involves moral turpitude, but a but is but,in interview one may face questions and queries.

Furnishing a bond or security does not come under the term 'conviction'.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 02 September 2011
What is the details of the bond?
Guest (Expert) 02 September 2011
Unless offence is proved and indicted in a case of moral turpitude there is no disqualification for the eligibility of a Government job.

Furnishing a bond in any case does not come within the scope of any conviction.
