Hi my self vikas nigam my marriage before 18month and I have a daughter. Of four month. My wife stay with me in my house only 3 month how can I divorce with out maintenance Pls suggest

Just because she stayed with U for 4 months,U enjoyed marital life with her during that period,making her pregnant,in return for a beautiful little daughter.
Now as she is not staying with for reasons unknown,U want to get rid of her along with UR daughter,to marry again and repeat the same episode.Making mockery of the highly rated marriage system in India.
U are not comming out with the true facts why UR wife left U?
