Supreme Court last year gave a set back to Haryana Govt, by declaring all such backdoor appointments without fulfilling even basic qualification and norms of appointment of hundreds of employees in various departments and declared their appointment as null and void and even ordered to fix the responsibilities of officers who appointed those persons and if possible, make recovery of the wages from the pocket of those officers.
In view of aforesaid landmark judgment, you may move ahead as desired.
