Tribal vs Tribal and these lands are Ancestral property.
I.A Petition and Writ Petition have been filed against Addl.agent to government
in AP high court 1st bench. How much time will this hearing judgment take?

The writ petitions are generally disposed in two or three hearings, you be in touch with your advocate for all such further issues.

You stated that you received the judgment from the Additional Secretary (maybe the Additional Secretary, but not the agent, I think). The period of passing judgment cannot be said but it will take time to dispose of the IA and WP.
