your grandmother alone is the owner of the house, hence she right to retain or evict anybody from her house. If you want to stay in that home kindly contact for further details 09894299192

Plz. tell me whether it is an ancestral property or self earned either by ur grand mother or ur grand father?

If property in your grandmothers name is ancestral you have share in property and if it is self acquired property you are to quit.
