Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 17 August 2011 This query is : Resolved
hello, how the forensic documents such as handwriting samples are examined.?
nutan supekar (Expert) 17 August 2011
good question. the samples are examined scientifically. the basic principles of examination should be applied for this. There should be adequate amount of comparable writings. The class as also the individual characteristics are examined very carefully.

prabhakar singh (Expert) 17 August 2011
A comparison is made between disputed and admitted and samples taken in court on the hypothesis that although human hands are not machines and can not write exactly twice ,despite every individual has certain writing characters and different speed that comparison between admitted and disputed as to identity can be made by careful examination thereof.

Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 17 August 2011
The hand writing of the person will be compared with the available records which is having his previous scribes, or the court can ask for a sample scribing in the open court.

Both the documents will be sent for comparison to the expert.
