A sale deed dated 10.12.1998 is suspected to forged subitted by petitiner now if dedfendent says it is fake when court allows forensic test .who should supply admitted signs petitiner or defendant and what is period of admitted signs with respect to sale deed date 10.12.98

the onus to prove said sale deed to be forged is on defendant and he will have to take all necessary steps in court.

1. The time-limitation to direct forensic tests is at the discretion of the court, depending on cogent justifications.
2. As such there is no time-limitation, for criminal matters (forgery.... ). IF the defendant is an accused, THEN the accused need not prove anything. The accused, with a strategic lawyer, can easily mock the whole proceedings.
