Mr. Pardeep,
There is no format prescribed by any law for giving a legal opinion. You will come across some banks prescribing some formats but all these formats are need based. What ever details they want their advocates to mention, they will put it in a format so that their staff can be trained up in reading the opinions properly and for taking sound business decisions.
The purport of any format for that matter is only to ensure that all the required particulars are mentioned in the document.
Further, the formats may vary from subject to subject, depending on the points which are important for the given subject.
In this background, you would appreciate that there cannnot be a universal format.

thanks sir for ur solution. Now I want to know that is their any procedure to sue our municipal corporation for not maintain the road of our colony, as they always discriminate our colony that is seperate from our MC colony.
