1. While still being alive execute a proper Stamp Duty paid & Registered Gift Deed .OR. Sale Deed .OR. Release Deed, in favor of wife. The property will be transferred immediately. .OR. 2. Execute a registered Will, in favor of your wife. Here the property would be transferred after death, BUT only after following due procedures of law.
