Friend living in house rented to employee by Company

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 16 November 2009 This query is : Resolved
"A" is living with "B" in a house.
A is friend of B.
B is an employee of a company.
House rented to "B" by his company.
"A" shares rent with "B".
"B"'s company has given residential proof in his name but denies to give residential proof in "A" name.
Can "A" live with "B"? Is there a way "A" can get address proof from "B"? What is "c/o" - Care off Address?
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 17 November 2009
A has no relation with the company. B is the tenant of the company so no proof can be given by company favouring B, however, B can give his address of the same house as he shares rent with A and company has no objection in this process.

Thanks Raj. Should "A" and "B" sign any document? How "A" will be able to use address proof given by company to "B" for any official purpose?
