Dear querist,

You have to initiate legal action against your employer. Send legal notice and if still not paid you can approach labour court and file complaint for your unpaid dues.

Remind your past company using RTI and also send a legal notice to your past employer.

If reminders have also proved a futile exercise, engage a lawyer and serve upon a legal notice through him and further follow his direction.

If the organisation is not reacting positively to the legal notice it is advisable to proceed legally through your lawyer.

You may issue a legal; demand notice to the company demanding all your dues to be paid by the company after exhausting the remedy by writing a letter or a representation to the top management in this regard.
When there is no response for the legal demand notice also then you may plan to file a money recovery suit agaisnt the employer in a civil court
