Dear Experts,
This is with regard to my F&F settlement which company has not done as yet. Its been more than 2 months from my last day at work. (2 months 15 days)
There was no issue and I also have acceptance of Resignation with the last date of work mentioned on it which i complied with.
Now when am checking with the company there is no definitive answer and all seems to be a classic case of unnecessary harassment. Stupid reasons are given.
Ive been following up regularly but all my efforts are turning futile.
The basic issue is nobody is even telling me whats gone wrong and this is adding unnecessary stress.
FYI, Was a senior management employee of the said company and its a well to do company with no financial issue.
Appreciate if anyone can guide. Is there a way i can sue the company for the damages and how.

As per service rules applicable to you (usually reference is made in appointment letter of such rules and policies) were you asked to submit NOC/NDC, handover charge, complete exit formalities etc?
You may state to good offices, under proper acknowledgment, of appointing authority,MD etc that you have submitted notice and resigned as per clause no;...............of appointment letter........and complied to whatever was asked from you till LWD and nothing is pending against you however the FnF statement and FnF dues have not been supplied to you till date and be supplied along with NOC/NDC, service certificate, relieving letter ASAP.
Thereafter you can seek consult an counsel specializing in service matters and your counsel may opine that recourse is by civil suit, winding up petition etc.....
Better meet them and resolve with your skills first.

Thanks for your response.. As I said I also have duly signed exit papers by all depts. personal phone calls are not making any sense now.. I've been asked contact finance head.. At times co secretary.. Both have nothing to say.. There is no issue from their side.. HR asks to get in touch with them.. So it's a beating around the bush situation..
