hi,
here some general querries for u all.
1. What is the zero no. comolain? 2. what is the I part and II part of crime reg. no.? 3. what is th 'clossing pursis'? Is there any provision for that?

1. "Zero no. complain" may be a local short term used for a complain in a particular area/state. e.g. in Gujarat, a private complaint sent for police investigation by an order of a JMFC, is known as "M Case". So it may be like that. After registering of FIR and filing of chargesheet, etc. it is given a regular criminal case no.

2. There are separate registers maintained for different crime registers in which crime/complaint is lodged/registered. Generally, in the I part, serious criminal offenses are registered while light offenses are registered.

3. A purshish is a declaration of certain fact declared before a court of law, especially the lower courts. In higher courts, statements made at the bar or by parties orally are recorded by the learned justices. However, in the lower courts, generally facts are declared by way of purshish. Same way, a closing purshish declares the fact that the party submitting the same do not want to further submit any oral and / or documentary evidence. It formally declares "closing" of the evidence of the party submitting it. It is generally given under the signature of the party. However, it can also be given under the signature of the advocate of the party too.
