1. Halfnama is an AFFIDAVIT or u can say a statement made on oath.

2. Writ is a written command or order issued by a court, directing or enjoining the person or persons to whom it is addressed to do or refrai from doing an act specified there in....in India writ jurisdiction lies with High Courts and SC, however the jurisdiction of SC is confined to fundamental rights only under Article 32 of the Constitution of India.

3. Decree is formal expression of adjudication whereby the rights of the parties are conclusively determined.riven
