The account-holder has got every right to ask a copy of documents which he has signed for securing loan from the Bank including the extract of mortgage register. The borrower (persons who has signed the documents and who offered their property for mortgage) can request the Bank in writing and obtain their acknowledgement. Bank is supposed to supply the copies to the author of the documents for which quoting of any section is not necessary. This can be done even serving the SARFAESI Notice.

You have every right to get the documents from the bank if you are the party to the case or if have interest or right over the disputed property.

Yes, You have full right to get the signed copy of the documents which have been signed by you. For this purpose you just need to make an application on plain paper.
