Sirs
You may remember my query which due to complexity appears vague.
I am defendant in 34 act, petitioner a on paper firm and it's two partners. My late poa also defendant who died before case came on board. Contract was done by poa who later refused to honor the registered sale agreement of a psu trust, sale deed done by poa when plot when it was not transferable and possession was given, buyers in turn gave possession to third party. My poa out of financial interest refused to honor the sale deed when psu trust offered to allow transfer and ownership. Previously it was allotment on lease and non transferable.

action when ownership was offered. Second party filed a suit and my poa died before case came on board. After his death I sold the plot to third party the possessor. After few years when case came on board lawyer hired by my poa scared me that there was injunction. I paid fees and lawyer agreed to defend me. After two years he sent me fabricated papers of contempt notice by plaintiffs. Because of age and distance I can not personally go. Lawyer is also named in one of the main partners of the firm. As lawyer is also named in my poa I am scared to go against him. It has been more than two years since false cintemp notice scare.
Once I personally went to court to get case papers but clerk asked me to come on date of hearing. I have nothing at stake as no suit value but at old age it is causing me anxiety. Plaintiff evidence going on since past four years. How to seek papers without antagonizing my lawyer. Please advise.
