Dear Sir,

As very recently I got selected for government job and I reside at Vijayawada resident of vijayawada and my wife native of Hyderabad filed a false DVC and. 498A case upon me in Hyderabad.

Will this effect my career in joining the job

Plz explain how the police verification will be done...

Am not arrested just an FIR was booked and sent to the court as the police understood that it's a fake case so under sec 41 they didn't arrested me.. Just filed a case and sent to the court...will this effect my joining...

Plz explain the detailed process of police verification.... Am a bit tensed so plz help me sir...plz clarify me the doubt of police verification

In attestation form which I filled there is no column about the pending cases... Just asked the SP OFFICE ADDRESS of my residence... So plz tell me how the police verification process will be done

YES IT CAN AFFECT. AS LONG AS THE COURT DOES NOT ALLOW CLOSURE THE CASE IS PENDING AGAINST YOU AND THE OPPOSITE PARTY HAS RIGHT TO OPPOSE CLOSURE.

You have not ben arrested nor has the court served you any summons for the criminal proceedings. Thus, at present, you are not facing any prosecution.

Furnish truthful information and do not supress relevant informaton in the Attestation Form. Procedure will take care of itself.

By the way, how do you know that FIR has been lodged?

Police verification is jut to verify the facts, what you would have filled in the attestation form filled by you. If you conceal any information by not showing that in the attestation form or about your court case that would be commented against you by the police, which can be taken adversely by your employer to deny you the opportunity to join the post.
