gift deed revocation

The gift deed revocation has done at sub-registrar office even in EC is showing cancellation of gift deed dated so and so.. even water and electricity bills are coming in my name .can u advice to how take position of my house.even i have issued the legal notice to evicted my house in 15 days.there is no responses from they side.can i approached to POLICE for help.they are not caring for legal notice

I think its Possession not “position”.

The dispute is of civil nature.

You may file a suit for possession, mesne profit and permanent injunction against the unauthorized occupants.

You cannot go to police. You will have to act in accordance with law i.e. file a suit for eviction, get decree in your favour and then get the tenant vacated.
