1. What are the grounds of amendment be put in in amendment application so that the court will allow the amendment ?
2. Will mentioning the para No of plaint and insert after that para or line stating is must for the amendment application ? or just making point 1,2 etc and file the amendment?
3. What are the crucial points to be remember before filling amendment application?

The importance of the amendment sought and why those left and further that proposed amendments are for just and proper disposal of the case is dispute are important points to be written in such application. No irreparable loss shall occur to the opposite party should also be pleaded.
Mere mentioning serial no, is not suffice rather you will have to insert the amendment in particular para no. before or after words and son on. Copy of amended title is also required to be filed. application should be supported with an affidavit of the applicant.

If any important avearments are not in the plaint, which are just and proper for the disposal of the cse.
It is necessary to take the contention in the amendment application is that
If plaint amendment: By the proposed amendment the nature of the suit will not be changed. It is important.
YOu have to mention clearly in a plaint/ WS where you want to amend.
