Government employee can undergo llb through distance mode

hello. whether a government employee who has just joined d service is permitted to persue bachelors of law through distance mode or not .if not then any other way in which he/she can do LLB while doing his job ..the job timing in government sector is from 8 am to 2 p.m..thanx

Are you sure, if LLB through distance mode is made available by any university?

Yes he can. It is available.

However the permission of the department will be needed even for distance education.

sir..i want to confirm if distance mode is not possible while doing job ,then any other alternate way to complete law by continuing my government job..as i dont want to leave job for dis purpose ..nd also want to complete my LLb any how....so plz guide me sir

You can join evening law college with formal permission of the appointing authority on application under the Conduct Rules of the concerned Government.

Evening classes , if available at the place of your posting is a better alternative. Either case permission of the deptt will be needed.
