Govt job after criminal case is proved

sir/mam any person can do the govt. job after a criminal case (under c.r.p.c 325 include)is proved against him.also in case he has completed imprisonment.

Just right a letter to the employer of the convict informing him about the conviction of one among his employees. Don't forget to annexed the certified copy of the Judgment of the respective case wherein he was convicted. Simple!!!!

I think the case would have been under section 325 IPC and not under Cr. PC as you mentioned.

Anyway, the nature of the case is not of moral turpitude so it is not a hurdle to get civil employment in future but this information should not be suppressed while applying for such job.

Expert : raj kumar makkad is correct ,conviction under 325 ipc shall not create any legal for any service.
