GPA/SPA

IN CASE OF GPA/SPA WHEN THE GPA/SPA IS TO BE IMPLEMENTED,

1 IF THERE IS ANY NEED TO CONFIRM WHETHER THE GPA/SPA IS CANCELLED IN CASE IF FURHTER EXECUTION.
2. IF THERE IS ANY NEED AGAIN TO SIGN, THE GPA AUTHORITY PERSON FOR CONFIRMATION PURPOSE.
3. THE GPA IS TO BE ATTACHED WITH EXECUTION FILE OR SHOWN ONLY TO THE COMPTENT AUTHORITY TO DO THE NEEDFUL.

1- When the GPA executing the Deed on behalf of the prinicipal , he should mention in the document that- the Principal is alive and the GPA is not cancelled - a Declaration by the GPA to be attached & copy of the GPA to be furnished to the SRO .

2- In SPA the authorisation will be attested by local SRO of principal - the same can be acted up on by the Jurisdictional SRO

3- If the GPA is for only one transaction , the copy of the GPA to be furnished to the SRO and original shall be delivered to the purchaser as his record and there is no other purpose to GPA Holder under the GPA

4- if thre are other transactions to be attended under the GPA, the original can be kept with GPA and Copies can be furnished to the purchaser and SRO .
