are teachers of recognised un aided private schools covered under delhi school and education act eligible for gratuity on resigning from service after completing just 6-7 years of service?
these teachers are goverened by delhi school and education act and also under ccs rules

yes, as per the Gratuity act, who completes 5 years service, is eligible for gratuity.

Teachers of unaided school are still out of preview of gratuity though law has been enacted but still not notified so in the given case, there is no entitlement.

I agree with expert Makkad. After issue of notification, the teachers in unaided schools are entitled for gratuity.
