Dear Experts.
A civil petition under O7/R1 is pending over 2 years for permanent & IA. We are petitioners. Due to unlawfull stoppage of demolition, the undemolished building is in a state of collapse. The defendants are forcing us to sell the property otherwise they threaten to prolong the case to any level. A revision of interim Application under article 227 of the constitution in the High Court by the defendants under the rejected Order7/Rule11 was dismissed. Now it is time for short order. Again defendents are in the Hon’ble High Court for revision for striking off our suit. Kindly guide us.

Our "OrderI Rule10 and 151" ia awaiting. The defendants OI/R10 r/w S.151 is returned; During NFJ stagefor argument, the defendants filed a revision petition in the Hon'ble High court for striking off Suit which was contested by him about 2 years. The undemolished one floor need to be demolished immediately which was reported to Government Side. The Corporation sent letterto Police to give Police protection as per law. The Police Authority sites "Pending Civil Case".
to safeguard our position what else we have to do?

The undemolished one floor need to be demolished immediately for safety of public, traffic and neghbouring building, which also was reported to Government Side. The Corporation sent letterto Police to give Police protection as per law. The Police Authority sites "Pending Civil Case".
To safeguard our position what else we have to do? Our investment over 55 laksand mental torture is worth to mention here
