my aunty lived as a spinister she bulit her own house.she execute reg will.in that she says she has been bequeathed her properties her youngest brother.in that same will she says she not bequeathed properties to any other brothers it say with her brother names.in that house govt office has been as teant.after her dead to get rent payment.her other 3 brothers are giveing a affidavity cum indemnity bond before notary.in that they all are saying they all her sister voluntarly executed registered will.in respect of the above said property favour her youngest brother bequething with good state of mind with out any one interence by anyone and they saying her youngest brother who is the only legal heir of deceased entitled to get the estate of deceased.and also they saying that their is neither nor other person claiming the right and tittle and interest of the deceased except youngest brother in that affidavit cum indenity bond sing infornt of notary in bond that has been give to govt office then rent come with out any trouble.now one off two brothers sending a legal notice to govt office said that they are inherited the demised legal heirs for that building and the says we all oraly partition the building before sing the affidavit cum indenity bond executed thy saying to stop pay ment. after long enqury ,go through all doc govt department execut new order that pay all arrears and that said youngest brother is the londlort of that govt office building now my unle like to take criminal action against them pls guid as what to do next?which act we can take crimial action.pls help as they all trying to get that property.ask by ravikumar
