I had a personal load from Indiabulls (Rs. 38,000) I have already paid Rs.44,000, but they are saying i have to pay Rs. 87,000 for the loan i have taken. I told them for the settlement with Rs.10,000, but they are saying for Rs. 25,000. Now they are harassing and torturing by calling and coming to my home and giving all types of bad words to me and my family. Pl advice on this.

If next time they come to your residence, then immediately call the police and file an FIR.
Also start sending them letters for clarification as to why are they charging extra amount?? Address the letters to the senior executive and not to the officers from whom you have taken a loan. Inform the senior executive about the misbehaviour on the part of their officials. Keep a copy of the documentation/ correspondence and also the acknowledgment of receipt of service. It will help you in future, if case not settled out of court.
Hope you have clear documentation from your side?

Thanks, I have the receipts of the amount paid, they are not ready to give any other documents nor they are ready to show any papers which i have signed at the time of taking the loan. I told them to get the copy where the interest rate is mention, but they are not ready to give any documents.

Yes. I agree with experts.. Next time they try to use bad words or threaten mean lodge a police complaint.. Better you may meet the concern higher official who issued loan to you.. Just clarify your accounts..

But please ensure that your so called repayment amount of Rs.44000 is properly receipted by the creditor to prove as evidence before lodging complaint.
