I am a women ,got married in April 2013, and from April 2014 I am not living with my husband,who is a doctor. I and my husband both filled for divorce separately. I have also filled cases 125, 498(a). I got maintainance order of 7k last month only.
From last two years ,I was single but from last 6 months I got into a relationship with an army man. And my boyfriend is ready to sell vedios and photographs to my husband, my boyfriend cheated me.He got vedios, that can prove me characterless. I have no idea. What will happen to my cases now, please tell :
1) What will happen to my divorce case
2) What will happen to my maintainance
3) Will I get alimony from my husband
4) Would it be possible to prove that vedios and photographs wrong
Really need help...?

1. If it is subsequent event then your divorce suit will not be hampered.
2. Maintenance will alos not be affected if the relationship is not proved to be continuing one. Brief relationship does not take away right of maintenance.

4. Videos and photographs are anyway very difficult to be proved.

if your boy friend sell your video or photo you can file a complain against him and send him behind bars ... secondly yes it can hamper your case if ur husband can prove its your recent pic or videos ... for this need to know the details on what ground has he file divorce and all then only some ways can be found out...

Having extra marital affair or live in relation is altogather different circumstances, which are "not" in the knowledge of your husband despite the fact that it is unethical, immoral and cheating on the partner.
Besides this, none of you have made adultary to be the ground for divorce, isn't it?
In these circumstances there is nothing wrong to affect your cases against your (doctor) husband.

Lodge complaint with the police against the boyfriend, if he has done so against your wish.
1. Effect on divorce case would depend on the contents and to extent these are proved.
2 &3. Court may decide, adultery proofs may effect.
4. yes it can be proved.
