Haryana co-operative societies act 1984

Our society having some flats is registered under Haryana co-operative Societies Act 1984. With introduction of Haryana Societies Act 2012(repeal of Haryana Societies Act 1860, whether it will have a bearing on our society which was not registered under Haryana Societies Act 1860. My understanding is that our society need not get re-registered under Haryana Societies Act 2012.

Cooperative Societies Act is different from Socities Registration Act.They have no correlation.

Mr. Isaac Gabriel is right, cooperative societies act is different societies act, since you have already registered with the cooperative societies act, it is not necessary for registration under societies registration act.
