Dear Sir,
My wife got married in 2000 jan with other guy..and they maintained secrecy abt the first marrg.and i found the documents one fine day abt all these..and they hv hidden the documents (marrg certificate and divorce copy,and they got divorced in 2004..
and i married with my wife in nov 2003..

inbetween the marrg and divorce i got married with my wife..so how can i get those documents again and to file up a acase on them...
I WANTS TO FILE A CASE ON MY WIFE.AS THEY WERE CHEATED ME HIDING OF FIRST MARRG AND HIDING THE DOCUMENTS..I DNT HV ANY PROOFS IN PAPERS..SO I WANT THE DUPLICATE PAPERS TO FILE A CASE ON THEM PLS HELP ME OUT..HOW TO GET THE PAPERS FROM THE COURT

at first you tell me that is tour marriage ( your wife's 2nd marriage) has been registered under the marriage act or not...

You go to concerned office and court and submit application for copy of marrg certificate and divorce
