do before marriage affair considered in the court.. actually situation is that there was guy whom she chat online for 1 year as a friend, during this period that guy started liking her and soon the guy proposed her she said no and disconnected from him.after this she got married although she informed about this whole incident to her husband before marriage. after 1 year of marriage,husband knows the password of mail account and got that chats from where she don't know as she has already deleted them but now he is harassing her to give divorce or he will show that chats and prove her that she is bad charactered girl??

he wants divorce as he demanding money to buy property and her parents are not so rich so they can't give him more money..
she is tension that she trusted his husband and he is doing this such wrongful thing to her.. please reply

1. do before marriage affair actually not affair just online chatting with guy is crime and her husband as harassing can give her divorce on this and are they considered as proof, although after marriage she never contacted that person?

this is a clear case of dowry demand as you said that " he demanding money to buy property and her parents are not so rich so they can't give him more money". He wants money or elese he threatens divorce on untenable grounds.

Let him face CAW police if he exceeds limits.

but chatting before marriage is ground for divorce or not?????? But after marriage no chat.. please please reply. as he saying to people whom they said to talk to them and reconcile but to avoid such he is saying that girl is characterless to everybody and showing them that chats.
although she put that case into CAW cell there is also he is saying same and showing them that. that chats were done before marriage and not after marriage..... please advice

Change the password, and lodge a police complaint stating all the facts, don't live with such greedy husband.

but to fight please give some decision how to counter that allegation that he is saying.. also now changed the password but he is having printouts of that chats/emails . and question is that do before marriage chatting matters in court as a ground for divorce and insulting wife character???? although after marriage no such thing....

File a complaint with police . It is a case of dowry and you should approach court for relief if you want divorce.

There is no relevance of the chats before marriage in the post married life. There are plenty of decisions but either you need to hire specific services of a lawyer or search on indiankanoon.org

Before marriage, she was not your wife, and she might have done whatever she wanted.
Husband cannot raise those dispute now.

He is trying to bargain for his greeds. His bargain attracts 498a.
