i want to know how the family court's communications are sen to the respondent who is living @middle east?.

What communications? It should be a notice or summon. send it Through RPAD.

Notice or first summon can be sent through Acknowledgment Due Registered Post. Other information you can be communicated through the advocate of the respondent.

As per the Code of Civil Procedure, a summons can be made through courier, RPAD and even by e-mail, and The Code applies to all Family Courts constituted time to time under FCA, 1984 procedures.
