Higher education: filling application form before results are declared.

(Querist) 01 December 2012 This query is : Resolved
Currently the scenario of higher education have more than one exam such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, IRMA.

So If a student aims for doing MBA he needs to first give many exams .

Above this The application dates for applying to colleges end before results are declared.

Usually like in 11-12th , bachelors degree students fills application only after result are declared so why such system is not present for higher education.

Also if you want to apply for course against different exam like say for XAT and CAT then you need to fill 2 different forms so you will end up paying twice the money.

Neither the Ministry of HRD nor government of India is looking such fraud.

So what can I do... Should i raise RTI or PIL and how should I proceed ...

Pls reply

You should first obtain the system and thus material on the subject from the Ministry of HRD and if required, file PIL before High Court.

Bring this to the notice of AICTE in writing. They are parent authority to take command of the erring institutes.
