Me and my wife is 36 years My marriage was held on 22-March-2014, Mine is First marriage, But my wife's 2 nd marriage. She is deviorse. Form 04-June-2014, she gone to her parients house alon with her mother and Mother's brother. on 15-June-2014 they declearied that She is not happy with me one single day, I am harrising here. either she will give divorse nor she will back to with me.
I send My advocate notice on 30-June-2014m But till date no answer from there end.
It just 2 months marriged life, My advocate tell me file RCR section 09. I really want here in my life.
I am not staying with my parients. After marriage I am living seprate with my wife.
After Marrige she told me She having PCOD problem due to same She dont have any baby Form her first marriage. But she is not ready to disclose here report. not ready to coming to doctor. past 1.5 months she give me veriouse reason.
Kindly advice me on this

give her some time . do keep in contact with her by email and telephone . if she dosent come back in 1 year file for divorce . best option is to go for divorce by mutual consent after expiry of 1 year

But it's 2 months over. And her fly members are allow me to contact here. They start tell to every one that I am not good person, I am Impotant etc. We both known just one month before marriage.
Their Fly. members don't know me.
Then why they was hurry for marriage.?

file a Rcr case if you are willing to live with her, it is only option you have.

Thanks all, Yes really wish to live her, but I am not understand why she and her fly. not consider me and my fly. as separate fly. What ever then want to do they are forsing us to do it. If we said no they started saying "U r Insultting us". At marriage I was not ask No any dawri no any gold or money. I somany time I told them " with in 6 months what every Your doughter want I will bought all those household things in my new house" Me and my wise staying sepratly. But she not understand my felling at all.
Her monther was did my marriage certificate without my signature and fly members signatour.
Before marriage they didnt tell us that she having PCOD problem due to same she not planed for babay in first marriage
In my Fly. I only the male person. My father was expired 32 years back. My parients house is too small, due to same I bought own house in Virar mumbai. What every she told me belofre marriage exect opposit she started saying. After marriage also she not ready to disclose her personal details like Resume, Divorse certifacate, Her medical file. when I told all things to her fly members they are bleming me only. that I am not male. I am impotant. What suggestion you all give on this.? What i want to do in this

yes, 6 At times I goto doctore for safer side then suggest me you both are not known each other, there is no problem in you, If you want take full blood test, if any issue we come to know in that. As per doctor advice I gone for medical test my full blood count report is normal and same was shown to my wife.
Doctore suggest me due to weither and your age is 36 year if you want take A- Z multy vitamis tablate.

Now today I got respont letter form her stated that" she is giving open chalange to me about my health". For my safer side if I want to do check up then what will be check up I want to do as per Law?
2ndly, she want settle down matter lumsum amt 10 lac or monthly 15 thousand as maintance.
My present salary is 50,000/- PM. what will be leage mentance I need to give to her ?

Dear Sameer
if she is not earning and unable to maintain herself then the court may pass an order of maintenance for 1/3 of your salary. if you proved before the court that she left your company with her own will and wish and there is no sufficient reason to left your company then the court may reject her maintenance case.
RCR will be better option before you to prove your intention before court.

My lower sent letter to her for invite descussion, We just mentioned that We need to settle the matter. no were i mentioned that i want divorse, but she replied that she want divorse on metual consern under condition 10 lakh lumpsum amt.
