Sir I have purchased a resale flat in new panvel.it is already mortgage with bank of baroda and we have also applied in same bank for home loan.my question is is mortgage noc from cidco is required.

NOC of CIDCO is not required but the NOC of mortgagor bank is definitely required.

Though CIDCO NOC is available with the same bank for the NOC for a different borrower. You have to obtain CIDCO NOC.

How many days will it take to get mortgage noc from cidco...is it possible to get it in 2-4 days

For time period you have to contact CIDCO office. The flat has already been mortgaged with the same Bank and the previous NOC is available with them, Bank may release the loan after getting an undertaking from you that the NOC would be deposited as soon as received.
You should take a letter from Bank that since you are purchasing the flat and if new mortgage permission is issued in the name of prospective purchaser they would return / cancel old NOC.
CIDCO might have developed some procedure for issuing NOC for a flat for which they have issued previously to some other person. Follow the procedure.

first of all , have you handed over your purchase documents to CIDCO to registered and entered your name for the said property. If it is done so, CIDCO, has to give a NOC without delay.
