Home loan approved for double registered plot

Hi,
I recently 267 Sq yards of land in June 2022 by getting home loan from one of centralised bank
I was given 18 months to submit structural plan to construct the house
Due to personal reasons couldn't start the construction and planned to sell the plot
During conversation with one of the real estate broker, I came to know that this land is double registered
Double registration happened at Me -> Seller (link1) -> Seller (link2) -> Seller (link3)
At Link3 double registration happened
What should I do now ? we purchased after third party verification done by bank in order to sanction the loan
I need advice on how to proceed in this matter

You shall file a complaint before the District Registrar concerned with the copy of your document and linked documents related to the transaction. The District Registrar will inquire into the matter and take necessary action to prosecute the fraud. It is time taking the matter. Or file a case against the fraud in court.

If the seller has fraudulently sold the property to another person simultaneously then you may lodge a criminal complaint against the seller for this.
alternately you can give a complaint to the district registrar to cancel the fraudulently executed sale deed.
