Housing society bylaws

If a member is using society open space and passage to keep his broken furniture/car tyres etc and also not paying the society charges then whom to approach and what is the procedure.

nuisance : soc can take direct action against the member

For nuisance what kind of action can be taken.A member creating nuisance is Police inspector.Thanks for reply

if member is not paying society dues pass resolution in mangaing committee for taking recovery proceedings under section 101 . issue him legal notice calling upon him to pay dues with interest .

if he is storing articles in common passage have resolution passed in MC /AGM that no articles be stored in passage and for imposition of penalty on members who fail to abide by the rules

Police officer also human and not god so why fear. First follow as suggested by mr sethi. Callfer geneal body meeting and pass the resullllation and do accordingly
