Dear Experts,
I am an Advocate. I am interested to do a work of housing society conveyance in mumbai and its suburbs. Please tell me the complete procedure for conveyance in two situations i.e.1)When builder ready for conveyance and 2) Whne builder is not ready for the same. (Deemed Conveyance). I mean where to apply?, how to apply?, whoom to apply? documents needs to be attached ? etc.

My suggestion to you better you read the MOFA act (Mahrashtra Ownership of Flat and Apartment) You will get all the answer in that book 9969718111
Anser to your qurrey
If builder is ready then both the party should have get the conveyance registered before the Registrar of Assurance.
And if builder is not ready in that case first of all send him legal notice and call him to execute the conveyance in favoru fo the Co-opsociety and if he fails to do so then according to the FOFA act follwo the procedure
