How a person sell his property without any govt id for him

Sir i am a spinal cord injury patient, cant able to sit stand and walk.. i hav my original higher secondary mark statement, original degree certificate. I dont have pan card, my election id card was damaged a lot, my name was in my family ration card.. my father wrote a will on me favoring a property belongs to me..
Nw can i sell that property as i dont hav any govt id proof..
Secondly, my family members are also willing to sell the property, no objection from any of my family members, can i sell that property without probating the will.

Please clarify:
1) What is the market value of the property?
2) What is the hitch in applying for a PAN for you.
3) Any reason that inspite of your being a chairman (as per your profile) of some organization, you have not got a PAN so far?

The market value of the property is around 1 crore sir..
Actually i got injured severely in my spinal cord in a road accident before 10 years and i am disabled and i am nt a chairman for any organisation.. i can apply for a pan, and last week i applied to my pan card thru a mediator, bt as i am in bed for the past 10 yrs i lost all my id's including my driving lisence.. hope u cud understood my situation.. i dont have sensations and movement from my waist, so i asked u is there any room to sell the property without govt id proof..
