I have agricultural land in Sangrur, Punjab. Patwari added illegal name of my uncle (Chacha) , by taking bribe in khasra girdawari register and jamabandi.How can I prepare rti application / complaint against patwari /uncle. What is the method. Can you guide me on rti , Punjab. If I go offline in which office I shall go. If I go online then how. Is there any ngo , who can help me. Z_13@rediffmail.com

Well for RTI application, no specific format is required. However few departments have prescribed rules in this regard. Better u visit DC office in Sangrur, the relevant rules n procedure must be displayed there, its mandatory as per law.

you can make following queries
(i) The documents based on which the parwari added name of Mr _________ in land ____________ kahsra.
(ii) Rules under which the parwari was authroised to do so.
(iii) Name and designation of the Parwari.
You cna seek copies as well as inspection.

Seek the details of the property transactions intimated by him
