What is the process of settilment 498a,3&4 dp act and 125crpc in one time settilement Where to pay money to het pls help me

Will need to verbally explain in length and not in this format. The accused needs to file a plea of bargaining and pay the compensation to the victim and then the court can close all such cases which otherwise are non-compoundable.

Thankyou verymuch for response sir, my marrige held on 29-11-2004 after 1week we saparated and she filed 498a,3&4 DP,125crpc on August-2010 and remanded and got bail 125crpc she won the case and granted 2000/M present this date November-2015 she compramised for big ammount and I want to close all cases include maintenence still we didnt apply divorve so pls help me by guiding. My laywer said to pay the mony at 498a case court I have doubt

normally compromise is not admissible in above sections.

By paying money criminal cases don't get closed, as far as my legal knowledge is concerned.Even UR wife's petition for withdrawing the case as not pressed may not yield a favourable result in the court.
Another thing is that U are saying neither of U have applied for divorce,hence U may pray to the court to expediate the case proceedings( have an understanding with UR wife not to produce valid evidences,with UR internal compromise for settlement by paying whatever she demands or both of U come to a conclusion).
