Hi Experts,
Before posting this question, I checked the forums in this website and election commission's website also. But I didn't find the correct answer.
My question is for contesting as a MP or MLA candidate in AP, is it ok if he/she, who will contest as MP/MLA in 2019 general elections?
I referred to the below article(section 21B) published in election commission's website for AP.The required information about disqualification related to having more than 3 children can be found in page 34 and under section 21-B in the below link.
http://www.apsec.gov.in/Election_law/ELECTION%20LAW%20OF%20MUNCIPAL%20ACT.pdf.
I also referred to the below act, published in this forums by one of our respectable lawyer Janardhan Reddy as a response to the similar question asked by our fellow member.
http://164.100.12.10/hcorders/orders/2008/wp/wp_23854_2008.html
In both the above two articles, it clearly says that this is related to only Local and Municipal bodies only but not about MLA and MP candites.
Based on the above, I hope a person having 3 children can contest as MP/MLA candidate in 2019 elections in Andhra Pradesh.
Can any one clarify on this ?I really appreciate your quick and correct response.
Thanks,
Balu.

Dear Balu, MP or MLA is equally a citizen is it not?
When so how he or she can be omitted from the rule?
Election Law is common to every one, sec 21 is equally applicable;
it is important that citizens need to report to Election commission about children of the MLAs/MPs!
Also one can move Writ under Art 226 before a High court!
Unless citizens question why those worthies would oblige on their own after all when tiger tastes blood of a human would it spare a human same is the case of tiger MPs/MLs

people like you need to know and question on multl-story structures, see in the Institute of British Architects, Mr.Robert Keer, a professor of Kings college London in 1894 in his lecture said... ' Height becomes the substitute for breadth... one has to be continually running up and down stairs; the very light and heaven becomes a scarcity ; fresh air is an unattainable luxury; and even how to escape from over a fiery furnace is brought only too plainly within a range of practical consideration', so now in india with plenty of lands available why we have to go for multi-story structures, with all contingent liabilities, with a daily scare of safety as you have to live in constant fear of death as none knows which installation would fall on you and the like is it not? Question such things as these new things are not necessarily not great civilization but duping each other!

Understand telengana govt wants to write of about one lakh crore loan and RBI does not agree as such write off would just make a lot of banks just bankrupt, whether such bankruptcy is acceptable for people of telengana or AP!

What is that both the author and expert are trying to say by posting an irrelevant query and an unconnected reply by the expert. There is no legal issue either in the query nor in the reply.
