How much time will go for this case

I am engineer and false rape case and mental harassment case is against me filed by psycho girl she is my classmate.my age is 24 when case is filed i got anteceptry bail and now it been 7months charge sheet is not yet came.so my question is total how much time this case will take. And my lawyer is saying that if your reports will negative then police will not forward your chargesheet to court.. Is it correct ?plz help me I m in depression .

By the way, is there any specific reason to disbelieve the statement of your own lawyer?

There is no time limit to submit charge sheet nor one can predict the duration of case.
Wait for a long battle nevertheless.

Generally such cases takes 3-5 years or even more.

Thank you sir....but muze tarikh me police station Jana padta tha...sign and stamp lene ke liye week ne do bar ..but court se me vo cancel kar diya kyunki police ko investigation nhi karna hai...ladki pe pass koi strong prrofs nhi hai...WhatsApp messages hai printouts and screen shot Mara hai..FIR file karne ke 1yr pahle rape kiya aisa bol rahi hai . mene to kuch kiya hi nhi...police FIR nhi le rahe the but unfortunately Lena pada unko bhi pata hai ladki zuti hai but girls law hai to Lena pada..lawyer se bad hua to 1st time bola 3months me close Karta Hu..badme bolte hai time lagega ap tension mat lo usko time lagega chargesheet ka mere hat me nhi hai and all..he is a gud lawyer and popular too but I can't trust on people bcoz I m in depression.

If he is a good lawyer, better rely him for some time. Estmates aabout time in legal cases are often proved wrong.
