How to deal with corrupt High Court Juges or Administration

Is there any provision where by one can take on corrupt high court judge/s or administration delibrately delaying judgement in Contempt Petition and Chamber Summons. Pl. help us we are a tenants association and in need of honest lawyer and can be contacted on mobile 9320095636

It is your way of looking that Judges are corrupt because some actions are not as you like.

Instead of blaming Judges and advocates there are many avenues to fight explore them.

you are not able to see honesty in judges, still wandering for honest lawyers....i think in your case only you are honest and rest of the world is dishonest :)

pls dont mind it, but have faith in the system....making associations wont serve any purpose if the law is against you.

Rule of the Law is bound to prevail at any cost. Honest advocates and Judges are very much available in the civil society.

Contact former law-minister Mr. Shanti Bhushan and his son Mr. Prashant Bhushan of Supreme Court. They may take up your case because they have the list of dishonest CJI and they know the procedure to move against them.

Basically one should avoid making allegations against any one without proof, be he a judge or a lawyer or a common man.But if you have enough proof then you can certainly take up the issue. There are many ways especially to sort your problem. A simple way is to move an application for transfer of the case.
