How to file appeal before high court?

Sir,
I had a case in lokayukta in which an order was passed with a wrong assumption and on fake grounds. He also dismissed my amending petition stating that there is no amending is sought for I applied before the high court to quash the order and consider my amending petition. But the court dismissed saying the same excuse. How can I file appeal? what is the next step I can do as i have all evidences to prove that the court order is wrong.? can i file another appeal to any other bench or only appeal can be filed before divisional bench? please reply sir.

Sorry Dr JC Vashista sir..........I can't reveal my name.....as many are looking for my next move.i am a student.but the court without any consideration of humanity declared that i am not a student..but unvty submitted that i am student.....but the court says they are right and all others are wrong.........felt very sad..........a common man will never get justice anywhere........

It will be wrong to give an opinion without knowing the background details, hence do not jump into any hurried conclusion before taking a second opinion from another lawyer by showing the relevant papers to him.

thanks Kalaiselvan sir.............here i am fed up sir with the lawyers... about 10 lawyers took my case and every one is being influenced..........and i was forced to play the role of an advct............
