Dear Experts, Iam muslim and want to divorce my wife.and currently we both are residing in different part of Gulf. She is willing to accept my divorce, asking me to send divorce papers to her. Is it possible to file for divorce in court without our presence in india?

When you come to India visit the registered Qazi and give her triple talaq in presence of 2 witnesses. The presence of of your at that time would remove any future dispute tll that time. On the alternative your wife can file a suit for divorce under Muslim Dissolution Act wherein you can give your consent but for that nay of you may be needed to be present before the court.

In Mohds, three times pronouncing talak is valid. If you want to get divorce follow the advise given by Barman sir, or file a suit for declaration.

Why to go through tedious and tiring process of the court When law provides just TALAQ TALAQ TALAQ AND GET IT COMMUNICATED TO WIFE.
