How to get back original poas in fraud case?

Dear Experts,
A while back POAs were given to person in India who had since defrauded us of our property. The matter is in High court awaiting First Appeal. Mean time we have found out that our original POAs are still being misused even though we have cancelled them by sending a letter of revocation to the POA agents. We would like to just get our original POAs back to prevent further misuse.
Pleas advise what is the best legal way to get them back in our possession? Do we file an application in High Court for the opposing party to surrender the POAs to us... or what?

Once you have revoked the POA, you have done your bit.
You need not get back the same as after revocation the POA ceases to exist for all purposes and any act done on the strength of it would be of no legal force.
Make a paper publication about the revocation of POA.
