Hi,
Its very simple. You appear before 'referral court'i.e which referred the case to Lok Adalat. If it is HC,matter is again sent back to original court.Decision of LD is final & no appeal lies against the decision. As you said money is deposited in referral Court. You file a simple petition (no fees etc) said court has to refund the deposited amount in your favour.
In this case you need no advocate your matter has been resolved under the Legal Service Authority Act.Go ahead.Don't bother about anything.

DEAR MR. BANWARI
1. Contact the Reader/Clerk of the Jodhpur High Court and get the requisite form filled and submit it with Administration Branch of the Court Or act as advised by the Reader/Clerk of the court.
2. Certainly, where the money is deposited by the respondent.
3. If you had engaged a lawyer in the appellant court, seek his assistance but if you have not engaged a counsel in appeal, get it done yourself.
Good Luck.
